Personally, I am not a fan of this Billboard music chart topping site or even its magazine. But I know that it exists even before. I am just not a fan of it. I usually hear the top songs in television and radios such as MYX and MTV (Music Television). It actually matters if the song is on the top of the Billboard music charts because it shows a sign of popularity of the song and as well as the singer.
